Status Tables
A Status Table is used to determine how an asset will appear in Runtime depending on its State. The States available differ between integrated systems.
To see what States are available — and what they mean — for the integrated system you are configuring, visit it's plug-in page.
The Status Table settings allow you to configure how the asset
icon displays, so an operator can see it's Status at a glance. The
Status of an asset is dependent on the
State given by the integrated system. It is possible for an
asset to have more than one active State. A
Status can be configured to either be:
- Single-state — A Status will be active when one particular State is active.
- Multi-state — A Status will be active when a combination of particular States are active.
You can Alarm certain States to alert the operator to an issue. For example, if a secured door is forced open, you likely want to let the operator know. An Alarm can be configured to flash different colors and play a sound to catch the operator's attention.
